Alegria by Nick San

On March 30th 2009 the Nick San groups newest venture – Alegria by Nick San  opened its doors. Alegría is located within the Alegranza residential resort in San José del Cabo.

Almost 200 people attended the grand opening event, and they were treated to a sumptuous array of hors d´oeuvres and a selection of fine wines to please the fussiest of palates.

Among the guests were the singer Enrique Iglesias, Nick San´s founding partners Carmen and Angel Carbajal, and Alegria´s new manager Peter Havercroft and Executive Chef Omar Laguna – as well as a host of all the well known faces in Cabo.

Operated by the well-respected Nick San brand, Alegria offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, from 8am onwards, 7 days a week, both for Alegranza  residents and for the public, who have their own entrance on the west side of the resort.

The menu offers a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes – described as Alternative Eat-ertainment – designed to be fun, fresh, tasty and above all, affordable.

Alegria also has a Deli which supplies a wide variety of meats and cheeses, wines and dry goods, coffees and teas, and a water station with imported waters and health drinks.

Open from 8am – 11am for breakfast, 12pm – 3pm for lunch and 5pm – 10pm for dinner
