Cabo Beach Vacation Rentals is located at El Medano Beach, in the Bahia Condo Hotel.
Medano Beach is the main beach in town and it is where all of the action is! Come and enjoy the scenic beach restaurants, the cocktail bars overlooking Cabo Bay, and all the water sports Cabo has to offer. We are also just a short distance from some of the best golf courses Cabo has to offer.

We are just a short walk away from Puerto Paraiso Mall, Cabo Marina, and downtown Cabo San Lucas where you will find plenty of activities, restaurants, boutiques, and the famous Cabo nightlife. Amenities include a restaurant, Jacuzzi, pool with swim up palapa bar, daily maid service, concierge services, washer and dryer facilities, fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, extra pillows and blankets, and 24 hour security/front desk service.

Nightly rental rates (amounts are in U.S. dollars):
Rates are based on two people per suite per night, additional rates of USD 25.00 each person will apply.
Junior Suite $65.00 USD - $149.00 USD, sleeps up to 4 people
One bedroom suite $85.00 USD - $175.00 USD, sleeps up to 4 people
Junior suite and one bedroom suite can be combined to sleep up to 8 people, Penthouse $400.00 USD per night, includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths
Reservation and Payment: to secure your reservation a 40% deposit is required in advance.
Balance due upon arrival in cash
Reservation payments may be cash, bank transfer, credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express) via PayPal or by personal check.
Cancellation:
Funds will be refunded, less 15%, if the condo is re-rented, 13% tax.
