I believe sellers should be treated better than they frequently are. Here is my ‘Sellers Bill of Rights’:

• You have the right to frequent updates on the status of your listing.
• You have the right to the protection of third-party escrow.
• Your have the right to have your property advertised using all appropriate tools.
• You have the right to an agent who has time for you, and your property.
• You have the right to have your agent present for showings.
• You have a right to know all costs before closing.

Your home is as individual as you are. I don’t believe in ‘one size fits all’ – not in pantyhose, nor T-shirts and certainly not for real estate listings. I will do an in-depth search of similar properties (sold and currently listed) to determine market value, examine your property’s strengths and weaknesses and create a custom marketing plan specific to your home.
