Owner and general manager Jorge Cuervo has transformed what was previously Corner Bar and its wrought-iron, red brick building into one of the finest establishments in all of Los Cabos. Originally from Jalisco, México, Jorge Cuervo brings with him a passion of traditional Mexican cuisine that he inherited from his father—Don Malaquías Cuervo. And as a member of the famous Cuervo family—yes, that family—Jorge celebrates the spirit of México with his restaurant and club.
