Novilladas are younger bulls that are challenged by professional bull fighters. |

Real and spectacular Mexican Rodeo charro taurino show
Every Thursday at 7:00 p.m.
A time-honored outdoor arena is stage of one of Mexico’s most exciting and colorful events the Charreada. This colorful Mexican tradition is both a rodeo and folkloric dance presentation you will remember for a lifetime. Please don’t forget your camera.
Highlights:
Opening act: International Flags Parade. A female horseback troop carrying flags from around the world give a warm Mexican welcome to the crowd assembled in the bleachers. Flags and costumes wave in the wind while these skilled riders circle the plaza ridding sidesaddle.

Next come the folkloric dancers presenting 2 traditional Mexican folk dances. This well choreographed dance group wearing bright colored dresses and elegant Charro suits perform to traditional Mexican music. Beautiful to watch these dancers up lift your spirit and give you a chance to view one of our favorite traditions.
Following is a Mexican rope trick master. He will surprise you with his ability to manipulate his lasso into huge loops as he jumps thru it once and again. First performing on the ground and latter standing on his horse’s saddle he will amaze you with his skills. One has to see this to see to believe. |

Next up are the ladies on horse back ballet where half a dozen cowgirls outfitted in colorful ridding dresses and Mexican Sombreros, mount side saddle put on a spectacular and beautiful display of coordinated teamwork. These highly skilled groups of cowgirls perform spectacular choreographed moves on horseback confirming their dedication to keeping Mexico’s equestrian traditions alive.
Laugh is the reaction you should expect to share during the next section of our show. Mexico’s favorite Non official pasetime, beer drinking, now becomes a competitive sport as 3 guest participants challenge Lolo México’s premiere beer guzzling donkey to a mach to the end, of the bottle that is! You can’t help but laugh out loud as you see these adult men try to better Lolos gulping abilities. Is this silly? Yes. But more fun than a barrel of monkey’s, totally!
Now it’s the Charros turn to take over the arena. These traditional Mexican cowboys will thrill the crowd performing the most diverse and exciting horse tricks anywhere. This crowd pleaser gives way to a simulated bullfight were the Matador shows his artful skills while confronting a trainers cartwheel bull. This is a choreographed bullfight. No animals are used but the public gets the opportunity to see close up a sample of Mexico’s Fiesta de Toros. This culminates the Rea and spectacular Mexican Rodeo. |
