Appetizers
TUNA ROLLS (SEASONAL)
Thin slices of local freshly caught, never frozen, raw tuna, sashimi style, served with cucumbers in a tasty oriental dressing.
TRITICO DI MARE
Shrimps, scallops and calamari sautéed in olive oil with garlic and fine herbs; flash baked in the oven with parmesan cheese and marinara sauce.
BAKED BRIE CHEESE IN PECAN CRUST
Crushed Pecan crusted brie cheese, baked to a nice melt, served with our homemade cranberry jelly.
SALMON TARTAR TOWER
Freshly diced salmon prepared into a tartar style presentation, served in layers on laminated green apples. The mildest tasting Salmon you ever tried!
MIXED SASHIMI "ISLA MARIA"
Delicate slices of fresh fish and local sea scallops laminated with a cilantro and ginger dressing, enhanced with bursting citric flavors of fresh grapefruit and oranges.
CALAMARI FUSILLI IN CILANTRO PESTO
Fresh local baby squid specially prepared to resemble delicate pasta. Flash sautéed in shallot butter, served with cilantro pesto. Innovative and incredibly tasty.
SAUTEED LOBSTER DUMPLINGS
Fresh local lobster flash sautéed in butter ,shallots, mushrooms, herbs and spices, infused with a mild chili chilpotle extract, steamed to perfection in a Chinese dumpling dough. A treat!


SALADS
ORGANIC SALAD "Citrico"
Fresh local organic lettuce, basil, mint and slices of grape fruit and orange with our special honey mustard and basil dressing.
MIXED SALAD WITH GOAT CHEESE
Selected Mixed Lettuces and aromatic herbs, topped with goat cheese, sprinkled with bacon bits and roasted nuts served with balsamic-mustard vinaigrette.
CAESAR SALAD
Organic Romaine lettuce in the traditional dressing prepared right at your table.
GREEN & BLUE SALAD
Selected Mixed Lettuces with our special Roquefort Jalapeno dressing, and chunks of tomato.


SOUPS
All our soups are served inside our freshly baked oversized sourdough buns. The soup soaked bun at the end of the course is irresistibly delicious.
BOSTON LOBSTER CHOWDER
Classic Chowder, Boston style, infused with a spark of Mexican flavor delivered by a pinch of chilpotle pepper. Very tasty.
ONION SOUP
Vive la Provence. Lots of onions, slowly simmered to perfection and bursting with flavor following the spirit the timeless Southern French recipe.
PACIFIC STONE CRAB SOUP
Delightfully innovative soup, made with fresh pacific crabs, saffron, pomodoro sauce & a touch of anis liquor . Sensational combination of Latin flavors with fresh local seafood.


PASTAS
FETTUCCINE CARTOCCIO
Traditional oven baked fettuccine topped with sautéed mixed seafood, and marinara sauce; slightly on the spicy side.
LINGUINNI WITH CHICKEN BREAST
Dressed with sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese served with a fresh basil- cilantro pesto, topped with sautéed strips of chicken breast.
FETTUCCINE NERO
Sautéed with cuitlacoche (a.k.a. Mexican truffle), served with an exquisite three cheese sauce of Goat, Roquefort and Parmesan. An extraordinary combination of European & Latin flavors. If you are in the mood for something different, this is it.
RAVIOLI WITH RICOTTA CHEESE AND SPINACH
We prepare these oversized raviolis with the finest ingredients and serve them with a spicy tomato sauce which is perfect to bring out the flavors of the spinach and cheese.

Strips of our fresh catch of the day braided together with strips of boiled, peeled tender “Nopal” (leaf of a special cactus), an.d served on a bed of white rice topped with a well balanced red bell pepper sauce. Uniquely Peacocks

One the menu since 1990; blackened in our special chili powder mix, grilled, and served with a delicious spicy mango sauce. A world of flavors!!
CATCH OF THE DAY "A La Antigua
Fresh Catch of the Day , sautéed in butter, served over freshly mashed potatoes and glazed with our version of an old fashioned white wine mustard sauce, topped with fried leek julienne.
EL PESCADO DEL PATRON
The Owner's favorite: Grilled fresh Catch of the Day, served over white Mexican rice topped with a relish of green tomatoes and whiskers of fried leek.
SHRIMP "Four Seasons"
Sautéed big shrimp from the Sea of Cortez, served in a symphony of four delicious Latin American sauces : *Mango *Jamaica flower *Tamarind *Chile mulatto. These multitudes of flavors provide a long finish to your palate.
SHRIMP "Sin Fronteras"
Our award winning creation :big fresh shrimps marinated in citrics with a touch of spicy habanero pepper, flash grilled, served over a bed of mashed plantain (macho bananas),and topped with a sensational black bean relish infused with orange liquor ( the relish is prepared at room temperature –cooking would destroy the flavors). Center cut filet of prime beef, sautéed in black butter, served in a red wine sauce with a touch of Roquefort cheese.

Aged certified New York cut, grilled to perfection, glazed with our incredible buttery cilantro ginger sauce accompanied by a unique lobster Dumpling brimming with Latin flavors Anchored by the savory taste of aged meat Or Aged New York cut on a green peppercorn sauce toped with a touch of spiced herbal butter Served with grilled potato Medallions.
ARRACHERA "TRIO"
Grilled marinated Arrachera beef from Sonora , rolled and filled with poblano pepper and melted cheese, served over chili mulatto sauce and fried leek.
CHILE "LA Huerta"
Ancho pepper filled with vegetables and melted cheese, baked in a puff pastry, bathed with two delicious Latin cuisine sauces: cilantro and sweet red pepper. Our version of a vegetarian delight.
CHICKEN BREAST ROLL
Grilled chicken breast wrapped with bacon, served with a freshly made cilantro sauce. Tender and delicate in taste.
PORK TENDERLOIN "AJILLO"
Three Medallions of Imported prime US pork tenderloin, marinated overnight in a mix of different dried chilies, oven- baked and glazed with a very special sauce of intense citric flavors infused with chili ajillo & orange liquor , served with a light spread of goat cheese on a bed of green Poblano rice. Very unique-very tasty!
NEW ZEALAND RACK OF LAMB
Homage to the lamb meat lovers. World’s best quality lamb, Oven roasted to perfection with a crust of Dijon Mustard ,garlic & fine herbs. Served with our version of Mexico's famous "Borracha" sauce (dark sauce of sautéed chili pasilla, dark beer, tomatillo, garlic & onions). A wonderful combination of tastes Lamb at it best!!
BRAISED DUCK IN TAMARIND SAUCE
Oven roasted Braised Duck glazed with our special tamarind chilpotle sauce, served over mashed plantain (macho bananas). An old world dish infused with vibrant Mexican flavors. Duck never tasted that good.
