APPETIZER

  • Coconut Shrimp rolled in shredded coconut with spicy chipotle cream and passion fruit geleé
  • Potsticker, ground pork dumplings with chive ginger tomato sauce
  • Lollipop of yellow watermelon with crab and yellow fin tuna with mango, soy wasabi sauce and sweet chili sauce
  • Charred chili rubbed beef tacos, crispy gyoza skin, avocado and tomato relish
  • Cajun flour dusted calamari, home made green ketchup
  • Duck Carpaccio, won-ton salad, mustard and honey sauce
  • Tuna Tartar, herbs salad, spicy tomato fondue
  • Lobster and Crab Cocktail, pineapple marmalade and fried ginger

SOUPS AND SALADS

  • Maui Onion Soup with red onion marmalade, cheese basket and goat cheese foam
  • Sweet Corn Chowder enhanced with kaffir, lime, mirin and coconut milk, stuffed mussel
  • Thai Lettuce Wraps, stir-fried chicken, red and green leaves, carrot, cucumber, somen noodles, mint and coriander, dipping sauces
  • Seaweed Salad with glass noodles, red pepper and hijiki, szechwan crusted tuna, clam and yuzu vinaigrette
  • Mix Greens, cucumber foam, grave lox and pineapple balsamic dressing

WOK AND SPECIALTIES

  • Fresh catch of the day, grilled or sautéed with garlic butter or blackened with mango papaya relish

PACIFIC BROILED

  • Soy and Sake marinated Black Angus strip loin, roasted garlic mashed potato, zucchini and kalbi sauce
  • Seafood Sampler, half lobster tail with vanilla sauce, broiled shrimp with mango vinaigrette and sautéed scallops with grape fruit lilikoi buerre
  • Trilogy of glazed salmon with sweet teriyaki sauce, flashed yellow fin tuna with asian jus and blackened catch of the day with papaya pineapple
  • Kurobuta Pork Loin lightly smoked, sweet potato, asparagus and pineapple balsamic demi
