Februrary 19, 2007 San Jose del Cabo - A Taste of Los Cabos, an 8.5 x 11" full color hardcover book showcasing Los Cabos restaurants belonging to CANIRAC (National Restaurant Association) will be available for $48 USD at participating restaurants around Los Cabos. A limited amount of copies will be available through the publisher, shipped from Kansas City, Missouri. The anticipated release date is March 1, 2007. Participating restaurants are:
