After having honed his craft in Europe, and Mexican resort cities, he arrived in Cabo ten years ago.  His sauces and recipes are what Roman legends are made of.

Appetizers include a generous cheese table with 7 cheeses and meats, and Carpaccio platters of beef and salmon.  My salmon was lightly smoked, and bathed in vinegar, oil, oregano and cilantro sauce.  Lightly seasoned foccacia accompanies your meal.  Minestrone and Ravioli soups, turkey, chicken, beef and shrimp wraps, and ciabatta or foccacia sandwiches round out the lite portion of the menu.

8 varieties of pizzas and calzones more than ample for two are a bargain at $8-9US.  Select from vegetarian and pepperoni to seafood pizza loaded with shrimp, octopus, calamari and dorado.  Just like back home in Sicily.  Baja is for refreshing summer salads and Presto offers 6 cool ones from classic Caesar to Italiana.

Pastas are homemade (except the spaghetti that comes from Italy), with the lasagna featuring the chef’s special cream, tomato and Parmesan sauce.  Mine was mouth-wateringly delicious and the portion large enough for two.  Desserts are simple ice cream or homemade tiramisu.
