Ristorante Da Giorgio, an Italian Restaurant, is located just across the bay from the magnificent arch that divides the Pacific Ocean from the Sea of Cortes in Cabo San Lucas.
This Italian Restaurant is a marvel of multileveled terraces, cantilevered over the water, with reflecting pools at all levels. The three dining rooms are glass enclosed, and each one has views of the city lights and the Cabo San Lucas bay. Your visit to Cabo San Lucas is not complete if you have not had a cocktail on our terraces to enjoy the sunset.
Chef Daniele Tonin from Vicenza, Italy keeps the menu at Ristorante Da Giorgio constantly changing, according to the fresh seafood available to him daily.
You may want to start with a "caprese salad", "clams in a white wine, garlic sauce" or mussels in red sauce". Follow that with the freshest swordfish or sea bass. Pastas range from the most traditional lasagne bolegnese, to the fabulous seafood Mascalzone Latino. That’s spaghetti with calamari, clams, and shrimp done in fresh tomato sauce made daily.
Fresh foccacia is baked every night in our wood fired oven. Other favorites are filet of beef with fresh rosemary or a balsamic reduction, chicken piccata with grilled vegetables and rack of lamb.
