These cozy one bedroom/one bath casitas, nestled in palm trees are walking distance to downtown and Playa La Poza in Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Each Casita is furnished with Queen size bed, high quality linens, palapa covered kitchen, wireless internet connection, tv/vcr with movie library, cd player and located inside a gated property. The Casitas can be rented seperately or together for a discounted rate. Casita #1 is two stories with the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom below. Casita #2 is slightly larger, the bathroom is attached to the bedroom, and can accommodate up to three. The casitas share a large fully-equipped kitchen.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies:  We request  a deposit of $120 to hold reservations, and the remainder in cash upon checkin. If you do not wish to travel with cash, reservations may be paid in full through paypal using your credit card prior to arrival (we request a 5% service charge for credit card payments over $120).

Full refunds are given if cancellations are made 30 days prior to reservation, otherwise full credit is given.  Refunds are not given for early departure.  We request a one week minimum for reservations in December, and two night minimum the rest of the year. 11% tax and gratuities not included.
