Doctor Javier Escamilla Penagos is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon. He is a member of the Mexican Council of Orthopaedics and Traumatology as well as an International Affiliate Member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He performed an Orthopaedic Fellowship (Shoulder Specialty) at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio.
