Nick San Restaurant & Sushi Bar “Re-Opening” Soon The “Palmilla” Nick San will be back in business on August 29th,
as curiosity peeks about secretive remodeling.
Beginning with the inaugural, grand-opening event for The Shoppes At Palmilla in November of 2005, Nick San Restaurant & Sushi Bar reported sales increases on a quarterly basis until the temporary closure in mid-July, 2006. For over 11 years, Nick San patrons have been accustomed to some of the most creative menus, “sushi-showmanship,” and an overall culinary experience unlike any other in the destination.
Nick San executives concluded that the timing could be used as a positive service improvement for a variety of tourism markets. Specifically, the DMC Group and Incentive Program industry in Los Cabos is one of the target markets where enhancements have been made. Reportedly, the dining room and patio areas have been altered significantly, now equipped in seating well over 120 people at one time. DMC’s can now offer the Nick San at The Shoppes At Palmilla as a “culinary tourism attraction” to meeting planners for their programs in Los Cabos.
The “Palmilla” Nick San is benefiting already from the destination growth along The Tourist Corridor and in San Jose del Cabo, increasing by approximately 15% in 2005. The plaza is centrally located in between two state-of-the-art marinas, two contrasting city experiences, and only a few minutes drive-time from nearly every elite hotel and resort along The Tourist Corridor.
Nick San Restaurant & Sushi Bar is poised to become an attraction in itself beginning with the “Re-Opening,” only at The Shoppes At Palmilla, on August 29th, 2006.
